The association
Initiatives positives : CONTRIBUTING TO THE PROVISION OF REMEDIAL EDUCATION
Initiatives Positives is an association (created under the French Law of 1901) whose aim is to help pupils growing up in problem neighbourhoods achieve success at school and develop an open mind, notably through remedial education classes arranged by a team of volunteer teachers.
The Keyrus Foundation is providing this association with support for its cultural outing project. This project involves organizing a visit to an emblematic monument in Paris (the Senate) for pupils undertaking the remedial education. The idea behind this outing is to allow these young adolescents to discover the country's greatness and open up new horizons for them.
The Keyrus Foundation has also donated computer equipment to help the association with its activities.

My committed involvement in the Initiatives Positives association was born out of a desire to promote success at school within the neighbourhood I came from.
Consequently, for me, the creation of the Keyrus Foundation and the support that it provides represent a terrific opportunity to sustain and promote our actions.
