The Keyrus Foundation

A WORD FROM THE PRESIDENT

Eric Cohen

Innovate for a world with greater solidarity

The creation of the Keyrus corporate Foundation marks a key milestone for our Group and its employees.

It represents another step in our CSR policy that promotes a world with a greater sense of solidarity and which, in 2011, led us to join the United Nations Global Compact to strengthen our commitments to society.

Through this Foundation, and for the good of society, I wish to develop the human values of diversity, mutual assistance, and sharing that the Group holds dear, and I am proud to observe the active, generous, and civic commitment being shown by a great number of our employees right from this first year of the Foundation's existence.

THE KEYRUS FOUNDATION

The Keyrus corporate Foundation was born out of a desire by the Group and its president to strengthen the Group's social and societal commitment, by undertaking more sponsorship initiatives and mobilizing alongside it as many of its employees as possible.

Inspired by a strong culture of Innovation, the true DNA of the Group, the Keyrus Foundation aspires to defend equal opportunities and valorize human and cultural diversity through supporting innovative solidarity projects undertaken by associations.

Governed by French Law, the Keyrus Foundation's activities are initially national in scope, but could extend internationally in the future to cover the twenty countries in which the Group has operations.

The Keyrus Foundation's actions further the support and partnership initiatives in which the Keyrus Group has been actively engaging with some twenty organizations and associations ever since its beginnings in 1996.

The Keyrus Foundation's missions draw, and build, upon the Group's recognized know-how and expertise in the most innovative fields of Digital and Data.

They are organized around 3 major themes - Entrepreneurship & Digital Education - Art & Culture - Environment & Solidarity, linking each of these to the growing development of "all-digital" in our society, and the need to constantly seek out new innovations.

GOVERNANCE AND THE BOARD

Governance that is true to the Group's values

The Keyrus Foundation is adopting clear and transparent governance arrangements, following the example of the Keyrus Group, which, to strengthen its CSR policy and societal commitments, signed up to the United Nations Global Compact as early as 2011.

The Board of the Keyrus Foundation

It comprises 9 members, who are entrepreneurs, professionals, and academics, and who meet annually. It is chaired by Eric Cohen, the President & CEO of the Keyrus Group.

The Board lays down the general sponsorship guidelines. It therefore votes on the solidarity programs and employee initiatives supported by the Foundation and approves the budget, as well as the reports on the work of the Foundation and the financial reports. Lastly, it acts as guarantor of the general policies of the Foundation.
